All products are shipped directly from Korea to ensure you receive 100% authentic Korean skincare and cosmetics. Every order is carefully packaged and shipped with secure tracking.
SHIPPING TIMES
Processing Time: 3-5 business days Our Korean suppliers carefully prepare and quality-check each order before shipment.
Delivery Time (after processing):
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Economy Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
Total delivery time = Processing time + Delivery time
Example: Express shipping typically arrives within 8-10 days total (3-5 days processing + 3-5 days delivery)
Delivery times may vary by destination country. Express shipping to Australia typically takes 1 week total.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All shipments include tracking information. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order ships from Korea. You can monitor your package's journey from Seoul to your doorstep.
DUTIES & TAXES
Tax-Free Delivery to Select Countries: For orders shipped to the following countries, we cover all import duties and taxes—no surprise fees at delivery!

All Other Countries: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid to receive your shipment.

Spain (Cosmetics):
- Cosmetic products ship via Standard shipping only to mainland Spain
- Excluded postal codes: 35xxx, 38xxx, 51xxx, 52xxx, 07xxx
- Economy/Express shipping not available for cosmetics to Spain
Philippines:
- Standard & Economy available for most areas
- Long delays possible for postal codes: 1xxx and select remote areas
- Express only for: Palawan Island (5314-5317), Mindoro Island (5110-5111)
United States:
- Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI, MP, AS: Economy/Express only (additional fees may apply)
- APO military bases: Economy shipping only
- Food/supplements to most US states: Economy or Express required (Standard not available)
Europe (excluding UK, France, Germany, Spain):
- Food/supplements: Economy or Express required (Standard not available)

REFUND POLICY NOTE
